I don't get it!

Ok so this post is for all girls out there.....I need your advice! I am going crazy! How much conditioner do you use in the shower? No matter how much or how little I use my hair is so dry and static-y. I feel like my finger is jammed into a socket all the time! Does anyone have experience with this? What should I do? Are you supposed to use a ton of conditioner to help or this the complete opposite of what you should do? I am lost. Also, I am seriously worried about how much hair I shed everyday. Poor Kevin and Sam always have my hair stuck to them. I swear at this rate I am going to be bald soon! Is there anything I can do about this too? I'm just so tired of all this. Let me know if you have any advice :) Thanks!

4 Months Old!!!

It's crazy to believe that Sam is already 4 months old! We took him to his appointment and here are the results!!!
-weight- 14 lbs 10 ounces (45th percentile)
-height- 25 inches (55 percentile)
-head measures at the 60th percentile (hehe...)

The Doctor says that he looks healthy and happy in every way and we couldn't be happier! I thought Sam was a big chunker, but he is right in the middle and growing just like he should. Phew! Our Doctor was really surprised and told us that Sam was ahead of schedule as far as stranger anxiety goes. He gets really nervous when he can't see mom and is around people he doesn't know. I guess that he just loves me soooo much! haha! Doesn't get much better than that :) Along with all these new changes Sam has been able to roll over and start rice cereal. Ok so I have been waiting months for this and I bought tons of fun brightly colored spoons to get us all excited. We have been practicing everyday how to eat with a spoon and finally the day came that we could try rice cereal for the first time! I was so excited and I overheard Kevin giving Sam a little pep talk that he needs to be a good boy and enjoy this because mommy is so excited........we mixed it all up and I got a nice big bite ready for him and................Waaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!

It was a no go! I repeat a NO GO! He was not happy about having that slimy goop in his mouth. I've tried everyday since and he seems to hate it even more with each try! I can't help but laugh each time we try it.....this stuff really looks and smells so nasty and seeing it all in his mouth and over his face just makes me feel so bad for trying to make him eat it. Poor little guy! Well I guess I can only keep trying and hope that this transition to solid food wont be too traumatic for all of us!
